Bikram Yoga.
Hey ya’ll.
So I have embarked on the Bikram Yoga challenge of the year. (Which in no uncertain terms actually means one month). So anyway, here are a few things that I have picked up:
-I literally feel as though I’m about to die every class (2 so far)
-It smells weird. Not good. Not bad. Weird.
-I have the urge to pass out at the same part of class every time in the easiest pose...
Just because
doors open, doesn’t mean there won’t be battles that lie through those doors.
But I’m ready.
